Additional Pictures from Epstein Estate Disclosed by Democratic US Lawmakers
Site plans for the financier's secluded tropical island among the images.
Additionally included in this recent document release is shown to be a property layout for Great St James island, located in the US Virgin Islands.
The financier bought a smaller island - Little St James - back in 1998, but acquired the bigger adjacent island in 2016 for approximately $22.5 million.
This visual evidence suggest he had drawn up ambitious plans to transform the 161-acre island by erecting homes, an open-air theater, an underwater office and a reservoir.
Marked on the plan is a channel, a marine passage in the US Virgin Islands, noted on the lower right-hand corner.
The architectural drawing is marked up in handwritten red notes and includes a legend identifying distinct areas of the property.
Alongside the main plan are what look to be an additional nine site drawings and construction drawings, such as layouts for marina coverings.
Further documentation released as part of the continuing investigative disclosure.
